Sign up, choose your plan and complete your company's tax details. You can start with the Free plan.
Add clients and products
Add your clients, your catalogue of products and services, your bank accounts and your payment terms.

VERI*FACTU invoicing
Billivo Facturación (system PROD01) is built to run exclusively as VERI*FACTU, in line with Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. Every invoice is recorded and the record is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), with no extra steps on your side.

If you transport goods by road, Portes generates the electronic administrative control document (DeCA) for each shipment. You enter the shipper, carrier, route, goods and vehicle, and Billivo creates a PDF with a QR code for verification, ready to download or email. Portes is available on paid plans and your drivers can have their own user.

Mark services in your catalogue as bookable and switch on your public booking page. Set your opening hours and exceptions, customise the form and, once the service is done, invoice the booking from the same place.

What is Billivo Facturación?
It is Billivo's invoicing app for the self-employed and SMEs. It lets you create invoices, quotes and corrective invoices, manage clients, products and stock, and work from your browser or phone with a VERI*FACTU invoicing system.
What types of invoice can I issue?
You can issue full invoices (F1) and simplified invoices (F2), in full invoice, quick invoice or receipt format. If an issued invoice contains a mistake, you correct it with a corrective invoice.
What is the difference between VERI*FACTU and e-invoicing?
They are not the same. E-invoicing refers to the format in which an invoice is issued and received. VERI*FACTU sets out how invoicing software must work to guarantee the integrity, traceability and immutability of invoicing records, which are sent to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
Can I give my accountant access?
Yes. On Starter, Business and Business Advance, you can add access for your accountant for 1 € per month or 12 € per year. Your accountant needs a Billivo accountant account and, once they accept the invitation, they can view your invoicing in real time.
Can I connect Billivo to my online shop or my ERP?
Billivo offers integrations with WooCommerce, Shopify and Dolibarr, and Business Advance includes API access. Write to us and we will look at how the connection fits your case.
Can I try it before I subscribe?
Yes. In the Facturación demo, you can create your profile, add clients and items and issue invoices in a test environment. The demo sign-up is shared by all three apps and is separate from production accounts.
Can I switch to Billivo from another invoicing program?
Yes. You can start invoicing with Billivo even if you have used another program until now. If you have questions about the switch, write to equipo@billivo.com.
