VERI*FACTU invoicing
Billivo Facturación (system PROD01) is built to run exclusively as VERI*FACTU, in line with Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. Every invoice generates its invoicing record, which is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), and includes the QR code to verify it.

Can I issue receipts and invoices?
Yes. You can issue receipts (simplified invoices) or full invoices with the passenger's details. Both generate their VERI*FACTU record.
Do I need a special device?
No. Billivo works in the browser and in the iOS and Android apps, so you can use your phone or tablet.
Can my accountant access my invoices?
Yes. You can export your receipts and invoices or give your accountant access so they can view them directly.
