Billivo for WooCommerce
Turn every order in your WooCommerce shop into a VeriFactu invoice.
Billivo for WooCommerce automates invoicing for your online shop. The data for each order reaches Billivo through its API, and Billivo generates the invoice, sends its record to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and adds the QR code, so you never have to create it by hand.

How do I comply with VeriFactu on WooCommerce?
If your shop generates orders and issues invoices, the program you issue them with is a computerised invoicing system and must comply with Real Decreto 1007/2023. If other systems are also involved, such as an ERP, a CRM or the payment gateway, it makes sense to issue all invoices from a single compliant solution. With Billivo for WooCommerce, every order becomes an invoice with its VERI*FACTU record.
When and for whom VeriFactu is mandatory →VERI*FACTU invoicing
Billivo Facturación (system PROD01) is built to run exclusively as VERI*FACTU, in line with Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. Every invoice generates its invoicing record, which is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), and includes the QR code to verify it.

Do I need a developer to connect my shop?
The connection uses the Billivo API. Write to us and we will look at how to connect your shop and the scope you need.
Does every order generate an invoice?
Yes. The data for each order is sent to Billivo, which generates the invoice, sends its record to the AEAT and adds the QR code.
Can I keep using my ERP or my payment gateway?
Yes. What matters is that invoices are issued from a single compliant invoicing system; Billivo can be that system.
