How do I comply with VeriFactu on Shopify?
If your Shopify shop generates orders and issues invoices, the program you issue them with is a computerised invoicing system and must comply with Real Decreto 1007/2023. If external tools are also involved, such as an ERP, a CRM or a payment gateway, it is essential to issue all invoices from a single compliant system. With Billivo for Shopify, every sale generates an invoice with its VERI*FACTU record.
When and for whom VeriFactu is mandatory →VERI*FACTU invoicing
Billivo Facturación (system PROD01) is built to run exclusively as VERI*FACTU, in line with Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. Every invoice generates its invoicing record, which is sent to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), and includes the QR code to verify it.
